LOOK AT THE BIRDS retreat at Launde Abbey
Date: Mon, 12th Apr 2027 17:00
Expect both to see and hear a good range of woodland, parkland and farmland birds around the abbey including Green Woodpecker, Whitethroat and Yellowhammer. We also spend a full day at Rutland Water - a brilliant nature reserve with an impressive range of water birds, summering warblers and, above all, several pairs of Osprey!
Reverend Dale Hanson will be leading this retreat in April - the 7th year in succession that Even Sparrows is leading a spring retreat at Launde Abbey. As some of you know, Dale is an accomplished bird photographer who is very happy to share his knowledge and expertise, and we are delighted Dale is back once more at Launde.
