LOOK AT THE BIRDS Day retreat on Holy Island

Join us on Saturday 8 February for an Even Sparrows full day retreat on Holy Island. We will be watching wintering birds around the island, interspersed with times of Christian worship, meditation and biblical reflection.
During the day we hope to see 50 or more species of birds including Red-throated Diver, Slavonian Grebe, Pale and Dark-bellied Brent Goose, Red-breasted Merganser, Knot and Bar-tailed Godwit. In addition, we might also see unusual birds that can turn up around the island in February - birds like Great Northern Diver, Jack Snipe and Snow Bunting.
Starts at 9.15am and should finish by 4.45pm
Price 50 pounds per person (includes a soup lunch in Marygate House Retreat Centre)
